To know God is to know thyself. True spirituality comes from within — it is the ongoing practice of navigating and understanding one’s inner world. It is not a single experience, but a daily practice, supported by tools and techniques that guide us in living fully in this world. The self is a portal to God; the more we know ourselves, the closer we come to the Divine.

In this 3-week course, you will explore the foundations of Malchut’s spiritual framework:

  1. Consciousness: Understanding the Mind
The mind shapes how we experience the world. By observing your thoughts, refining your perception, and exploring your mental patterns, you gain clarity and insight. Through cultivating conscious awareness, you learn to quiet the mind, shift your perspective, and experience the spaciousness where presence and understanding arise.

  2. Energy: Tuning Into the Body
The body is a source of wisdom and guidance. By tuning into your embodied experience and cultivating the felt sense of your body, you learn to navigate life with presence, alignment, and grounded awareness. Your body becomes a bridge between your inner world and the world around you.

  3. Devotion: Leading with the Heart
The heart is where awareness and experience meet, and where love and compassion flow. By leading from the heart, you cultivate inner alignment, strengthen your relationships, and allow devotion to guide your actions. Compassion born in the heart ripples outward, creating connection, purpose, and transformative impact.

Each week includes:

  • Meditation: Ground yourself and connect with Spirit.

  •  Teaching: Learn practical frameworks for Mind, Body, and Heart.

  • Community Practice: Engage in exercises to integrate the teachings.

  • Breakout Rooms & Q&A: Connect with participants, share reflections, and ask questions.

Whether you are new to spiritual practices or looking to expand your understanding of the inner world, A Glimpse of God invites you to connect with Spirit by tuning into yourself. This introductory course is open to people of all faiths and backgrounds; no prior experience is needed.
