Malchut is committed to fostering a supportive and enriching educational environment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and this policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or credits are provided for courses, workshops, and other offerings.

1. General Policy
Refunds and returns are available under the following conditions:

Cancellations by Malchut: If Malchut cancels a course, workshop, or event, a full refund will be issued to all participants.

Participant Cancellations: Refunds for cancellations initiated by participants depend on the timing of the cancellation relative to the course start date (see Section 2 below).

Non-Refundable Fees: Certain administrative fees, materials, or non-refundable deposits may apply. These will be clearly stated at the time of registration.

2. Refund Eligibility for Participant Cancellations
Refund Timeline:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date of a course or workshop: Full refund, minus any non-refundable fees.

Cancellations made 7-13 days before the start date: 50% refund, minus any non-refundable fees.

Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date: No refund, but a credit may be issued for use toward a future course or event at Malchut’s discretion.
Exceptions:

Refunds requested due to documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Digital Offerings
Refunds for digital offerings (e.g., online classes, recorded sessions, or downloadable materials) are not available after purchase unless the content is deemed defective or inaccessible.

4. Credits
In lieu of a refund, participants may opt to receive credit for future Malchut offerings. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable.

To request a refund or credit, contact Malchut’s administrative team through the Contact page. Please provide the following information:

6. Changes to the Policy
Malchut reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be communicated via our website and will apply to registrations made after the effective date of the updated policy.
